ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!
He Had a lot of good insight, but as far as selling end of it, he was extremely pushy, very rude. He used fear mongering tactics and refused to take no for an answer. He told my husband he was going to lose me, his family, and everything he's worked so hard for. If he turns away from this now and our business is heading straight for failure.
Among a bunch of other very awful text messages after he left our shop. I gave them a 1 star review stating everything that was said to us in person and over text and he turned around and threatened to sue me for "defamation" if I didn't take down my review (EVERYTHING I said in my review was true and 100% accurate with our experience!) And to top it off... He left a horrible fake Google review on our company Claiming he was A client and our employees are a bunch of drug addicts that stole His stuff and ripped him off etc.Which was a foreblown lie.We don't have any record of this.So called name in our books and it was clearly him because not even two minutes later is when he called threatening me if I didn't take down my review. And when my husband called to report his very unprofessional behavior The man on the other side of the phone, completely sided with him and agreed with his tactics and even laughed about it, saying he applauds him for his efforts.And if that's what gets them service , then he's all about it.
No integrity. Do not use this company and definitely be cautious of Mr.
Clyde. After this whole situation I did some researching on him.Turns out every review on him personally from his previous jobs also are all saying he is a crook a liar and a thief and to stay far far away.

New Light
As our 7 week journey with Jim ends, we are thoroughly impressed with progress made and the amount of support this gentleman gave us. The accomplishments and goals that have taken place with the company as a whole are astounding.
Jim has shown us a “new light,” on how structure and chain of command make all the difference in a company. We have known this but for someone to personally sit down with us and map it out, is absolutely amazing. Jim has helped in so many ways with our new program being installed, compete employee handbook, etc.
Marty and I are personally saddened upon his departure. As Jim moves on to another family, we can only hope that the rest of our journey with your company with be as smooth, knowledgeable, and delightful as Jim Hamilton has been to our M & D family.
Improved Profitability
It was my pleasure to work with Bill, and I would highly recommend his services. He was instrumental in developing systems within our business to streamline tasks and improve profitability.
Specifically, he helped us analyze our historical data to vastly improve our bidding process, as well as put methods in place to accurately job cost for future jobs. Additionally, he showed us the importance of measuring employee performance and using that feedback to motivate employees.
I am grateful to Bill and the IDS team for their expertise. I fully expect $200,000 plus added to our bottom line yearly, as a direct result from these services.
Profitable Future
I have been working with Rick for over the six weeks and I want you to know how happy and impressed I am with the work Rick had done and also the tools that IDS has been able to provide to GMW. When I decided to hire IDS I knew my business needed help but I was not sure where to look or what needed to change.
Over the last six weeks Rick has integrated himself into operations at GMW which I think had been fundamental to achieving buy-in from GMW personnel and also has given Rick the best opportunity to make suggestions. Rick has developed working relationships with multiple key people at GMW which has resulted in an outgoing back and forth that results is better communication among GMW staff and had led to a number of changes in how we operate day to day. I have been given a number of tools that allow me to evaluate GMW’s operations in a way that we have never had before. Cash management, accounting tools and some changes to our reporting are going to make GMW’s operation smoother and more profitable in the future.
From a management perspective I now feel more confident that I have a fuller picture of how things are going within each division of the company. I can say that I am fully satisfied with Rick’s efforts and work product with GMW! Rick has been professional, personable, insightful and always helpful. I am amazed at how much insight he has been able to provide during his time here and it is clear that Rick is passionate about helping GMW become more successful.

Hard lesson learned
We allowed these people into our business and took them at their word. When we tried to stop their service, they bullied us into letting them stay, and they still continued to do nothing!
I felt very bullied, and had an anxiety attack at their pushing. We are now further in debt and trying desperately to keep our doors open. They won't even respond to our complaints. They made us take high interest loans with daily payments and took up all of our cash flow.
We were already doing everything that they were suggesting that we do. And lastly, they ruined my operating system!

International Development Services is a company that is NOT to be trusted. They come in, make promises, charges outrageous amounts of money while doing little and then use bully tactics when you tell them you cannot pay upon receipt of the invoice - and they were CLEARLY told that before they began.
They prey on small businesses. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.
You will NOT be happy if you let them in your doors. Bruce ******, the Senior Project Manager, threatened with law suits and David *******, Senior Vice President of Business Development, does not understand the concept of professionalism or customer service.

This company first uses recruiting resources. They called our company several times to see how much information they could get from employees to get their foot in the door.
After several attempts nothing worked so they lied and said they were one of our vendors. We talk to him thinking he was one of our vendors but then we were interested he talked a fair game. IDS was going to review my operation and financial and tax down falls. They would send in an analysis to review our records and he would make recommendations to improve our company.
Don't fall for it, they catch unwary contractors with their devious agency tricks. They sent a senior business analyst to our business for an in depth examination of our business. He flew in from Colorado where the business is located. He stated that he needed all our taxes returns and companies financial records to look them over to see if he could save us money and make us over 50,000.
This total fee would be 1,300.00 payable to the head hunter finder fee for bringing IDS to us for analysis. I said why so much he said his company wanted to make sure we were totally in this as a good faith, so we would not waste their time. Unfortunately we gave him all our information (social security, addresses, full names) of each family member. Without regard to these people have our life in their hands all the scam information they would need and all we have is a business card?
This is how good this company is gaining trust, confidence his in that his company will make you a lot of money. He talked to each member of the family like he was a preacher to show he cared about people. The next step was for his company to bring in a tax consultant team which are attorneys also to see how he could save us money from our previous tax returns. He assured that he could get us an substantial rebate from the IRS.
We agreed to paying airfare for the team to go over our taxes. This scheme cost us $1,698.56 for this other company STA to come to our business. One person was a tax consultant from STA and the other person was a project manager from IDS. Our understanding was they would fly in and out the same day.
We were charged for 2 hotel rooms, 2 cars, and food. We argued and question them for four hours they never even looked at our taxes which they came to "review of my operations and financial performance" which is on the agreement I signed. Our argument was why so much for nothing. We are out of $2,998.56.
International Development Services preys on small business. They use tacits of "theft of trust".

A representative of this company walks into our office, unannounced and uninvited to tell me he has a meeting with the owner of the company. He insisted that he has an appointment.
Well, it turns out he lied about having talked to the owner and lied about having an appointment with him. This interaction alone would stop me from doing ANY business with this company.

It has been a pleasure working with Jim over the last 2 months to help reorganize and help change us to become a new forward thinking company with a new future ahead. Our sales have been flat over the last 2 years.
There was an uneasy attitude here that had made all our previous attempts to motivate change ineffective and did not produce any measurable results. We reorganized the company. gave greater responsibility to PM to effect change and established permanent teams to void the previous chaos of a job pool used by all PM's. The budget process was excruciating.
but now has led to measurable goals that will allow us to increase sales and reduce cost by real data that shows us where we can make money and where we loose money due to metrics we now have to evaluate, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to keep us on track.
We now have a road map for a new functional organization that has incentives to drive new changes and a new organizational chart that will lead to our future growth.
All positions now have a formal job description to make
future evaluations meaningful with targets and measurable goals. The chain of command gives everyone a defined role and responsibility to keep the organization on task.

We ended up agreeing to have them come in for a free business analysis and we ended up hiring them to help implement some of the recommendations they made. They say you get what you pay for and that is true in all things especially consulting companies.
This turned out being a significant investment but one that I already see paying off. The last few weeks I am seeing a vast difference in both efficiency and quality of work from most of our employees.
We have been able to reduce our costs and overhead significantly without having to let any of our staff go. This has been a very valuable and worthwhile experience and I am hoping that we will totally recoup our investment by this summer.

IDS worked well with our staff
All in all our experience with IDS was positive as the gentleman they sent over worked well with our staff. They walked us through a bunch of different exercises which I feel in the end gave us a better feel for where our issues had been stemming from.
The bloodwall specifically was one of the ones I feel we got the most out of. Only time will tell how we will respond to the changes they recommended but I am positive.
Yes and no
The question asks if you were happy as their Customer. The answer is both yes and no.
Yes because we obtained a lot of information about our financial structure as well as software set up specifically to our needs. No because they are far to aggressive as to their payment schedule. Their so called 2 to1 return on your investment in them is based on savings which in the least are grossly overstated. We were offered a loan presenetd to us at a rate of 1.018%.
Sounds great ,right? Well it turned out to be 14% paid back weekly. Now, with all this being said, we signed up for it anyway. They seem to capitalize on your fears of losing everything you worked so hard to build seemingly knowing you’ll jump at any opportunity to save your business.
Hindsight is indeed 20/20. Our advise to those considerans these kinds of services, DONT.

Transfer of Knowledge
A week before the phone call that brought us to IDS, I told my partner that we need help. Not only that we are paying too much in tax, I also do not believe that we are doing our accounting correctly.
It feels like someone was listening to us that afternoon, and gave us Steve the next week. Steve has brought experience, knowledge and wisdom with him. One thing I will miss is our morning conversation; this is the avenue Steve used to transfer knowledge, which I need in running my business.
He has the charisma and calmness that made everybody open up to him, a very important factor in getting transparency in place. We love Steve and he will be missed here in the office.
Clear Vision of the Future
I am writing this as a referral for the services provided by IDS. I own a small medical marijuana company in Colorado.
I was doing ok but felt that I was lacking in one are on particular and that is the “Business of Business.” IDS came by one day and pitched me on what they could offer and it seemed like something I could benefit from. After meeting with the original consultant they sent another guy for a complimentary follow up. I decided to pursue this and hire them and give it a try. This is when I met “my guy” Jeff.
Jeff sat with me for roughly two weeks and we went through my business A-Z. We looked at my production side where we cultivated marijuana and all the systems in place. Then dove into my dispensary where we sold the product. He got me familiar with many of the systems used and general practices.
Jeff was a very guy to talk to and I didn’t mind having him around. The cost of hiring IDS for a small company like mine is hard to stomach and cost me a lot of sleep. However, the cost of going out of business was much worse. I’m just beginning this process but am feeling very optimistic.
Jeff helped guide me through increased production, higher sales average and behind the scenes systems to help me navigate margins, forecasting profits and cash management. I now have a much clearer vision of where I want to go with my company and have been given a map of how to get there. Within a year’s time I see a vast improvement on my company and quality of life.
I would highly recommend Jeff and truly meant it when I say “He is a swell guy.” To me he seemed a straight shooter and a guy who has lots of life experiences to draw from. I look forward to implementing everything he taught me and using him as a resource when the need arises.
Answer to Many Prayers
Looking back at the end of 2015, the corporation was in a state of confusion. We were in a financial position of desperation that we had not seen in a very long time.
Our leadership was demonstrating symptoms of insecurity, and self-doubt about our success in 2016. Financial fear was distracting our sales and service teams, and the success of solving customer problems turned to second-guessing methods that were already proven. When faced with the decision of whether to stand and fight or simply walk away, we were given an opportunity to change our position and turn our circumstances of confusion into a state of confidence. The decision for me was easy to make despite the expense of the training, and postponing the corporate tax-filing, and our personal tax filing for 2015.
The opportunity for solving multiple problems in a very short period of time is exactly the solution we needed. This was an answer to many prayers, and this decision was made easily, because God would provide for every single dollar needed. My family and I believe in one Truth and only one Truth, and we have been given the task to show this Truth through our lives in business and in pleasure. When the Lord provides for wisdom and knowledge it will be done under his plan with whoever is chosen; therefore, I am thankful and very satisfied with the training and the knowledge that your company has delivered.
Every person that represents your company has been professional, courteous, and accountable to our agreement. We are very satisfied in the direction that we are moving, and we will continue to use the tools and techniques for the success of our commitment to each other.
Our success is your success, and we intend to do business in the future with your company. We look forward to doing business again.

They also straight up lie and claim they are local to where your business is located. However, when I questioned Jim and said Oh...the phone says you are in Denver (we are on the East Coast)...
he claimed that was because he was using "internet phone". Do you really think we want to do business with a company that clearly lies.
Also, we had asked them to take us off their calling list several times and they still continue to call. If we are looking for those services, we will do the research and call ourselves...we do not need you preying on us.
